VINIFICATION
Manual harvesting in crates. Selective sorting on the vine in the plot and a second sorting at the sorting table. Grapes are destemmed. Malolactic fermentation in autumn. Aged in demi-muids and barrels of 1 to 3 wines. After 9 months of aging, this wine is bottled after light filtration on July 21, 2024, on a fruit day.
TASTING
A full-bodied, spicy and elegant cuvée, with notes of tomato leaf and fig tree. The palate is supple and elegant.
