CUVÉE
This cuvée originates from steep slopes located in Bois-Devay, exposed to the rising sun, at an altitude of 400 m.
SOIL GEOLOGY
The soil is primarily composed of schist.
GRAPE VARIETY
100% Syrah on Riparia and 3309 rootstock.
CULTIVATION METHOD
The entire estate is managed according to biodynamic principles: soil cultivation, no herbicides or other synthetic products, massal selections, cover cropping of vine rows, spraying of herbal teas and plant decoctions, agroforestry, non-mutilating vine pruning method, and green harvesting to limit yields.

VINIFICATION
Manual harvesting in small crates from September 23 to October 6, 2024. Selective sorting on the vine in the plot and a second sorting at the sorting table. 50% semi-whole bunches. Foot treading. The grapes ferment and gently infuse with a few light pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation in autumn. Aged in 1 to 3-wine demi-muids. After 18 months of aging, the wine is bottled on May 5, 2025, on a fruit day.
TASTING
A nose of noble leather and red fruits, a powerful attack, a mid-palate balanced between strength and finesse, a precise finish with fine and silky tannins expressing the schist of Devay.
